New role for Juan Ferrari

Congratulations to Juan Ferrari, who has stepped into a new role at Hoare Lea as sector lead for hospitality and retail, working alongside colleague Ryan Horder.

Juan, previously project director at Hoare Lea, said of the new role: “The sector is evolving rapidly driven by changing guest expectations, new operating models, and the convergence of hospitality, retail, and lifestyle. This creates real opportunities to design places that connect with people emotionally, socially, and environmentally.

He added: “As a lighting designer, I’ve always approached projects through narrative and with people in mind and that perspective will continue to shape how I lead in this new role.

“Hospitality and retail are, ultimately, about people and I’m excited to help create experiences that not only perform beautifully but resonate deeply.”
