London and South East counting down to September ‘Serendipity in Lighting’ event

The ILP’s London and South East Region is holding a significant CPD event during September: ‘Serendipity in Lighting – making unexpected and fortunate discoveries’.

The half-day event, on Thursday 18 September, is being held at Regent’s University, London, beginning at midday.

“The event will delve into intelligent solutions for making infrastructure smarter and the art of lighting, bringing together experts in their fields with the aim of educating and engaging with you,” said regional Chair Graham Skinner.

The event will include CPD papers from renowned lighting designer Mark Sutton Vane, of Sutton Vane Associates, Brendon Airey of Light Projects Evolve, Martin Nielson of Felicity Smart Infrastructure, and Brian McGuigan of Itron IoT Technologies.

The September edition of Lighting Journal will include a conversation with Graham and his plans for the region. Members can also look forward to a membership bootcamp-focused event by the region in February.

Members can register for the event through the ILP website, at https://theilp.org.uk/event/london-south-east-region-serendipity-in-lighting/
