New head of retail and commercial for William Sugg

Heritage lighting company William Sugg & Co has appointed Ross David Lloyd as its new head of retail and commercial sales.

Ross (pictured) joins the business after16 years as a director at luxury decorative lighting brand Bella Figura.

In his new role, Ross will be responsible for developing Sugg’s product offerings, driving sales and presenting the company’s lighting offer to developers, architects, interior designers and specifiers in the luxury residential and hospitality market.

“I am delighted to be joining the William Sugg & Co team, a company with such a rich heritage and stellar reputation in designing lighting for some of the world’s most iconic projects,” said Ross. “I’m looking forward to helping grow this prestigious brand and develop new opportunities, both in the UK and globally.”

Sugg will be launching a contemporary new heritage lighting collection in the autumn.

Lucy Bubb, managing director, added: “Ross brings a wealth of experience, a wide network and a proven track record of success in the lighting industry. His innovative and creative approach aligns perfectly with our values and vision at William Sugg & Co.”
